DOUBLE GLAZED UPVC CASEMENT WINDOWS SUPPLIED & FITTED IN PAUL’S RISE, SOUTHGATE

At St Paul’s Rise, Southgate, North London we carried out a full upgrade of the building’s external glazing by replacing all existing windows with modern uPVC bay windows. These high-performance bay windows were fabricated with a rich brown exterior finish to match the property’s façade and a white interior frame for a clean, bright look from inside. Each bay window was manufactured in a brown colour externally to blend seamlessly with the building’s façade, while the internal frame was finished in white for a clean and neutral interior look.

The bay window design featured a central fixed glazed section accompanied by two side casement windows, each fitted with stipulate glazing to provide privacy without sacrificing natural light. . In addition to the bay windows, we installed a uPVC casement windows consisting of two side-hung windows, both opening outwards.

All windows were fabricated using energy-efficient uPVC frames and fitted with double glazing to enhance thermal insulation and acoustic performance. Internal cills were installed to complete the installation, ensuring a precise and durable finish that meets both aesthetic and performance standards.

This project improved the building’s overall energy efficiency, security, and visual appeal while delivering long-term value through low maintenance and durability.
