ALUMINIUM BAY & CASEMENT WINDOWS, DOUBLE GLAZING PARTITION, ENTRANCE DOOR & RAILING SYSTEM IN PALMERS GREEN
At a residential property on Princess Avenue in Palmers Green, North London, we carried out the complete supply and installation of premium aluminium glazing solutions using the thermally broken Etem E45 system in RAL white internally and a contemporary matt grey finish externally for selected windows.
The works included a variety of aluminium casement windows in multiple configurations, such as side-hung, tilt and turn, top-hung, and fixed panels, all fitted with high-performance double low-emission glazing featuring Climaguard Solar Guardian units with 24 millimetre thickness and a Ug value of 1.0 W/m²K for superior insulation and energy efficiency.
One key installation combined a side-opening window with a casement door incorporating a glazed top panel and solid bottom panel, providing a functional yet modern entrance solution.
All windows were completed with matching cills, handles, hinges and trickle vents where required to ensure proper ventilation and performance.
Additionally, we supplied and installed an anodised aluminium railing system for a Juliette balcony, along with a triple-glazed partition using toughened low-E glass for added thermal control and clarity. The project was finished with a white aluminium entrance door, ensuring a cohesive appearance throughout the property. This installation highlights our ability to deliver tailored aluminium window and door solutions that meet both performance requirements and contemporary residential design standards.
