At the property on Roydon, Barnet Road, North London, we supplied and installed a complete package of 12 high-specification aluminium glazing units, tailored for energy efficiency, clean aesthetics and modern functionality.

The project included 10 bespoke aluminium casement windows manufactured using the Elvial 4600 Opening Thermal Break system, each finished in a dual-colour scheme with RAL 7016 grey on the exterior and white on the interior, providing a refined yet contemporary appearance. These windows featured a variety of configurations, including: one unit combining a right-side fixed panel with a bottom-hinged top-left sash and a side-hinged bottom-left sash; two units with double top fixed windows and dual side-hinged bottom sashes; three multi-section units with a fixed centre panel, top-left and top-right bottom-hinged vents, and bottom-left and bottom-right side-hinged sashes; two units featuring left-side fixed panels with top-right bottom-hinged and bottom-right side-hinged sashes; one fully fixed window; and one unit with a top bottom-hinged vent above a fixed panel.

All casement windows were glazed with 24mm Climaguard Solar Guardian low-emission sealed units (4mm–15argon–5mm), achieving Ug-values of 1.0 W/(m²K) for superior thermal performance. Hardware specifications included multi-point locking handles, high-grade friction hinges, 135mm projecting cills, and trickle vents for passive ventilation.

In addition to the casement windows, we supplied and installed two lift-and-slide aluminium doors using the Elvial 6800 Sliding Thermal Break system, both finished in RAL 7016 matt grey. The first unit was a double-panel lift and slide door, and the second a three-leaf configuration, both fitted with 26mm double-glazed low-E sealed units composed of 6mm outer and 5mm inner toughened panes with 15mm argon-filled cavities, delivering a Ug-value of 1.0 W/(m²K). These sliding doors were operated using Roto lift and slide hardware systems, ensuring smooth operation and long-term durability.

This installation demonstrates our ability to deliver fully integrated, performance-driven aluminium window and door systems, combining architectural precision with advanced thermal and acoustic efficiency for high-spec residential developments.
