DOUBLE GLAZED ALUMINIUM CASEMENT WINDOWS, BI-FOLD & SLIDING DOORS INSTALLED AT RAMSDEN PARK ROAD, ESSEX, ENGLAND

At a residential property on Ramsden Park Road, Essex, England, we supplied and installed a total of 10 high-performance aluminium glazing units, combining modern aesthetics, thermal efficiency, and long-term durability.

The project included one single aluminium casement door opening inwards to the left, with a fixed glazed panel on the right. This unit was fabricated using the Elvial 4600 thermal break system, finished in dual-colour — matt RAL 7011 grey externally and RAL white internally, and fitted with 22mm Climaguard Solar Guardian double glazing (4mm – 15 argon – 5mm clear), achieving a Ug-value of 1.0 W/(m²K). It was completed with secure handles and a five-point locking mechanism.

We also installed three five-leaf bi-folding doors, manufactured using the Etem E39 thermal break aluminium system, with a dual finish of white inside and RAL 7011 matt grey outside. Each bi-fold system was fitted with 24mm low-emission double glazing, delivering excellent thermal insulation (Ug = 1.0 W/(m²K)), and completed with white handles, hinges, locking systems, and 135mm white cills.

Furthermore, the property featured two double sliding doors fabricated from the Elvial 6500 sliding thermal break system, one in full white and one in dual colour (RAL 7011 outside and white inside), both installed with 22mm Climaguard Solar Guardian glazing (4mm – 13 argon – 5mm), achieving a Ug-value of 1.1 W/(m²K). These doors were finished with white hardware and inox rail tracks for enhanced durability and smooth operation.

In addition, we installed one double tilt-and-turn door, using the Elvial 4600 thermal break system, with inward opening functionality and finished in white internally and RAL 7011 externally. This unit included 24mm low-E double glazing, full perimetrical locking around both frame and sash, 135mm white cills, and white handles and hinges. Lastly, the project included a dual sliding aluminium window and an aluminium casement window consisting of two side-hinged sashes opening outward and a central fixed glazed panel, built with the same Elvial 4600 system and finished in dual colour.

This project showcases our expertise in delivering technically advanced aluminium window and door solutions for modern residential properties, using high-spec thermal break systems from Elvial and Etem, tailored for both performance and architectural consistency.
