ALUMINIUM WINDOWS, DOORS, & CLADDING FOR ST. BARNABAS GREEK ORTHODOX COMMUNITY OFFICES
We delivered a full glazing and façade solution for the new offices of the St. Barnabas Greek Orthodox Community in Wood Green, North London. This project included the supply and installation of high-performance aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall systems, louvers, and cladding designed to meet modern architectural and energy-efficiency standards.
The installation featured four fixed tilt and turn aluminium windows, three fixed curtain walls, one fixed curtain wall with integrated casement windows, one aluminium casement door, and six aluminium louvers covering an area of 28.65m².
The façade was completed using 30m² of Etalbond PE composite panels supported by a galvanised metal framework, and the ETEM E97 VARIO rainscreen cladding system in RAL 9023 Pearl dark grey finish, offering both visual appeal and long-term ventilation performance. We utilised the ELVIAL 4600i2 thermal break aluminium system for the windows and doors, achieving U-values between 1.7–2.1 W/m²K, along with the ELVIAL 7200 curtain wall system certified for high water and wind resistance. All units incorporated double low-emission glazing for enhanced insulation.
This comprehensive package ensures optimal thermal performance, natural light, acoustic comfort, and a clean contemporary finish, perfectly suited for a modern community space. The project reflects our commitment to delivering durable, energy-efficient, and visually refined aluminium systems tailored to the needs of commercial and public developments.
