At two newly developed residential homes on Arkley Park, Barnet Road, North London, we supplied and installed a total of 17 advanced aluminium glazing units, combining performance, thermal efficiency, and modern aesthetics.

The project included 4 four-leaf aluminium lift and slide doors and 4 double-leaf lift and slide doors, fabricated using the Elvial 6800 and 6700 sliding thermal break systems, installed on double rails, and finished in dual-colour (matt black outside, matt white inside). All sliding doors were fitted with 26mm double toughened low-e argon-filled glazing, composed of 6mm toughened external glass and 5mm toughened internal glass, delivering a thermal insulation rating of Ug = 1.0–1.1 W/(m²K). Each sliding system included thermal break glazing beads, black handles, and up to four trickle vents.

In addition, 4 aluminium tilt-and-turn windows and 2 casement windows were installed using the Elvial 4600 opening thermal break system, with the same high-performance 26mm Climaguard Solar Guardian glazing, argon-filled cavity, and a Ug-value of 1.0 W/(m²K).

One tilt-and-turn window in the basement was equipped with an electrical opening mechanism, thermal break bead, and trickle vent, while all windows included cills and black handles. We also supplied and fitted 2 aluminium casement doors, finished in RAL 7021 matt, each featuring a bottom insulated aluminium panel, 26mm double glazed toughened units, five-point locking system, dual black lever handles, and trickle vents for ventilation.

Additional works included the supply and installation of 4 aluminium sliding doors with panel insert using the Elvial 2000 system in white finish, 2 garage doors with an electric opening mechanism, and 2 bottom-hung windows in the basement fitted with trickle vents and electrical opening for convenience.

All installations were precisely measured and fabricated to meet thermal break standards and comply with modern performance requirements for security, insulation, and design. This project reflects our ability to execute full-scope aluminium fenestration packages with attention to structural detail and architectural coherence across dual-dwelling developments.
