At Whitethorn Gardens in Enfield, North London, our team completed the supply and installation of high-performance uPVC windows, a secure uPVC entrance door, and a contemporary aluminium bi-folding door system.

The installation included two uPVC casement windows in white, each featuring a multi-chamber ovolo sash and ovolo transom-mullion profile for enhanced strength and energy efficiency. Both windows were double glazed using 4-20-4 clear toughened glass with argon gas and black Thermobar spacer bars, incorporating black lead design for a traditional aesthetic. Pre-gasketed 28mm ovolo beads were used throughout, and each window was fitted with full welded steel reinforcement, standard hinges, white 40mm handles, concealed drainage, and external and internal Glazpart trickle vents to promote air circulation.

The uPVC single door opens out to the left and was fabricated in white with a 150mm cill. It includes a midrail design with clear glazing on the upper section and a flat panel below, finished with a satin frosted effect and black lead details. The door is secured with a Yale Lockmaster multi-point locking system, three Mila Evo white hinges, a lever/lever handle set, and a low aluminium threshold for smooth access.

Finally, an aluminium bi-folding door system was installed in anthracite grey (RAL 7016), using the UniFOLD profile. This configuration includes one master door leaf opening to the left and three folding panels folding to the right. The system features a 150mm drop nose cill, clear 4-20-4 double glazing with toughened safety glass, non-locking grey T-handles, colour-matched grey hinges and magnets, and automatic drainage for long-lasting durability.

This project delivered both visual appeal and functional performance, blending modern aluminium products with traditional uPVC glazing solutions.
