At a residential property on Percy Road in Winchmore Hill, Enfield, North London our team supplied and installed a full suite of bespoke aluminium glazing products, including 22 black aluminium casement windows, 1 bay window, 1 five-leaf bi-folding door, and 2 armoured safety doors, all tailored for thermal efficiency, security and modern aesthetics.

The casement windows were fabricated in high-performance aluminium frames, powder coated in RAL 9005 (Black), and installed with clear double-glazed sealed units (4/20/4) using 28mm chamfered beads. Hinges used included heavy-duty friction stays and restrictor stays where required, with black slim espagnolette handles and ST offset locking mechanisms (5mm).

The bay window consisted of four panels with two fixed and two side-hung windows, all fully sealed and thermally broken for improved insulation. The bi-folding door featured five panels on a BSF70 folding sliding system which includes a single door that opens like a regular hinged door for daily use, and the bottom threshold is flush with the floor, giving smooth, unobstructed access. The system included colour-matched hinges, black lever handles, internal multipoint locking, and 28mm toughened double glazing.

Two E530 armoured safety doors were also installed, each built to the Golden Plus 15-point locking system standard. The first door featured internal panel in Signal White colour (RAL 9003 Matt) and external panel in black colour (RAL 3007 Matt), and included a tilt-and-turn frosted glazed inset. It was completed with a CISA lock with the Kapaplet system, silver matt Lavi L3 external handle and Potough PK3 internal handle. The second door was finished entirely in RAL 5002 Matt, with a frosted glazed window and fixed clear glazed transom above. Both doors were reinforced with pressure-jacketed aluminium profiles (E-530 rail system), offering maximum impact resistance and weather durability, with full aluminium cladding internally and externally.
