CONTEMPORARY BLACK ALUMINIUM WINDOWS & DOORS WITH ROOF GARAGE DOOR IN NORTH LONDON
At a residential property on Halsemere Avenue in Barnet, North London, we completed the supply and installation of a full range of high-performance aluminium glazing systems using the thermally broken Etem E45 aluminium profile in a sleek matt black RAL 9005 finish.
The project featured various double-glazed aluminium windows and doors, all fitted with Climaguard Solar Guardian low-emission glazing with 24 millimetre units and U-values as low as 1.0 m²K to ensure superior thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
Installed windows included fixed aluminium windows, outward-opening casement windows with central fixed glazing, and multi-section window units combining fixed and operable parts, all designed for optimal light, ventilation and performance.
A standout feature of the installation was a bespoke curved aluminium bay window, enhancing both the aesthetic and natural light intake of the property while maintaining excellent thermal efficiency.
We also fitted a single aluminium entrance door with fixed side and upper glazed profiles, as well as a double-opening aluminium door with a fixed upper panel and horizontal profiles, both equipped with secure multi-point locking systems.
Additionally, a sectional roof garage door was installed, manufactured from insulated polyurethane-filled panels in a matching matt black finish and operated by a remote-controlled motor system with integrated safety sensors.
